Official Contest Rules for the F45 Stockyards Fitness Fellowship (the “Contest”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

F45 Stockyards (the “Sponsor”).

Contest period

Opens: April 27, 2026
Closes: May 18, 2026 (entries must be received/verified by this date)
Winner announced/draw: May 25, 2026

Eligibility

Open to current members and non-members
Must be 18+ and reside within a 10 km radius of F45 Stockyards (M6N 1L8)
Employees of F45 Stockyards and their immediate families are not eligible

How to enter

Application: Earn two (2) entries by submitting your application.
Referrals: Earn one (1) entry per valid referral. No limit on referrals.
All entries and referrals must be verified to count. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will be void.

Valid referrals

Referee must not be a current F45 Stockyards member.
Referee must live within 10 km of F45 Stockyards and a VALID phone number must be provided.
By submitting a referral you confirm the referee is in your network and has consented to be contacted.

Communication consent

By applying you agree to receive Fellowship-related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Prize

One (1) prize: one (1) year of unlimited training at F45 Stockyards beginning June 1, 2026.
Approximate value: $2,860 CAD plus applicable tax.
If the winner is an existing member, the prize will be applied as a membership extension or credit.
Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner is responsible for any taxes or other costs not expressly included.

Winner selection and verification

All verified entries will be pooled. One (1) entry will be randomly selected on May 25, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.
Selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question (per Canadian requirements) and provide any requested proof of age/residence.
If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, answers incorrectly, or fails verification, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen.

General rules & legal

This Contest is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for technical errors, lost or late entries, inaccurate information, or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Withdrawal: An entrant may withdraw by emailing [email protected] before the Contest closes.
Governing law: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

How to claim prize

Winner will be notified by email. Proof of identity and residence may be required before prize is awarded.
Prize details and any administrative steps will be provided to the winner by the Sponsor.
